Two of America’s
most accomplished musicians appear with
the Philharmonic for this powerful and sweeping orchestral program. Violinist Michelle Kim has been Assistant concertmaster (The William Petschek Family Chair) of the New York Philharmonic since 2001.
Ron Leonard was principal cellist of the Los Angeles Philharmonic for 24 years. He has appeared as soloist with leading orchestras throughout the United States under the direction of such conductors as Zubin Mehta, Michael Tilson Thomas, Carlo Maria Giulini, and Andre Previn.
